How to find your Policy Schedule
If you can’t see your policy documents in your inbox:
- Search your emails for “InsureandGo”.
- Check your junk or spam folder.
- When opening your Policy Schedule, use your postcode as the password, without any spaces.
For example, if your postcode is SS1 2JY, enter SS12JY.
What if I chose postal documents?
If you chose to receive your policy documents by post, they usually arrive within 5 working days.
Please note that we are not responsible if your documents arrive late or are lost in the post.
Why should I check my Policy Schedule?
Your Policy Schedule forms part of your travel insurance contract, so please check all the details carefully.
Any pre-existing medical conditions we have agreed to cover will also be listed on your Policy Schedule.
