Payment issues.

We’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing payment issues. Please follow these steps to help resolve the problem:

Check your card type:

  • We don’t accept American Express (AMEX), PayPal, or any payment plans.
  • Review your card details:
  • Make sure the card number is correct and contains no spaces.
  • Check that the start and expiry dates are accurate.
  • Confirm the security code (the last three digits on the back of your card) is correct.

Check with your bank:

  • If everything looks correct, contact your bank to see if the transaction has been declined.

If you’ve tried all of the above and are still unable to make payment, please call our team on 0800 198 0198, and they’ll be happy to help.

Please note:

Your card details are securely stored by Verifone, our secure third-party payment provider, to allow for continuous payment authority on Annual Multi-trip policies.
