Can I get a refund?
Your eligibility for a refund depends on when you cancel your policy and if you have already travelled or made a claim - you can find out if you can get a refund here.
If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period and have not travelled or made a claim, you may be eligible for a full refund.
If you cancel after the cooling-off period, different refund terms will apply.
