Do I need to tell you that I have a new medical condition?

Yes, please let us know as soon as possible if you develop a new medical condition, if an existing condition changes, or if your medication changes.

When do I need to tell you?

Contact us as soon as you can and before you:

  • book or start your journey; or
  • before you pay the balance or any further instalments for your journey.

You should also tell us if:

  • an existing medical condition changes; or
  • your medication changes or is amended.

What happens when I tell you?

We’ll review the new medical information alongside the information you have already provided.

Depending on the change, we may adjust your premium or change, restrict, or cancel the cover under your policy.

If you change your policy after the 14-day cooling-off period, there’s a £15 administration fee.

The information you provide must be complete and accurate, as incorrect or missing medical information may affect your cover.

How do I update my medical information?

Talk to an adviser so we can update your policy.

Eligibility, terms and exclusions apply. Please refer to your policy documents for full details.
