Is my policy going to automatically renew?

Annual Multi-Trip:

To ensure you have continuous cover, we'll automatically renew your Annual Multi-trip Policy when it is due to expire unless you have told us otherwise.

What are the benefits for you?

  • Plan your holidays with peace of mind knowing you're protected for another 12 months
  • Ensure a renewal discount is applied automatically to your premium
  • Save precious time as you won't need to re-submit your personal details and medical conditions if there have been no changes

We'll send you a reminder and your renewal quote at least 4 weeks before policy is due to expire. If we are not able to automatically renew your policy using the credit card details provided, we will contact you at least 21 days before the expiry date. You can update your details, change your policy or cancel the auto-renewal at any time before your renewal date.

Please note:

Some policies may not be eligible for automatic renewal under our Terms and Conditions. In these cases, you will receive a renewal invitation before your policy expires, giving you the option to review your cover and renew manually. This ensures we comply with our renewal obligations and provide you the opportunity to confirm that the policy still meets your needs.

If you need to make any changes to your policy, such as updating your details or adding medical conditions, within 30 days of your renewal date, please contact our UK-based Sales Team on 0800 198 0198. They’ll be happy to help make any necessary updates.

To opt out of automatic renewal, please contact our Customer Service team on 0330 400 1381, or complete the Automatic Renewal Opt-out Form if you prefer. Please let us know at least five days before your policy is due to expire

Single Trips:

Single Trips do not renew. Your Single Trip Policy will expire upon return to the UK or the end date shown on your Policy schedule whichever is sooner.
