If your policy is set to renew automatically, you do not need to renew it early because it will renew on the expiry date of your current policy.
What happens when my policy automatically renews?
If automatic renewal is set up, we will use the payment details already provided to collect your renewal premium when your current policy expires.
You must still be a UK resident at the time of renewal.
If we are unable to complete the automatic renewal, we will contact you at least 21 days before your policy is due to expire.
What if I need to make changes before renewal?
If you need to amend your policy or discuss your cover before it renews, call our Customer Service team on 0330 400 1381.
If your payment details have changed, contact us before your renewal so they can be updated.
