No. If the card we hold for your automatic renewal has expired, you will need to update your payment details before your policy renews.
What should I do?
We’ll normally send your renewal notice around 30 days before your policy expires.
Once you receive your renewal notice, follow the instructions provided to update your payment details and arrange your renewal payment.
Automatic renewal normally uses the payment details already held for your policy.
If we are unable to renew your policy automatically, we will contact you at least 21 days before your policy is due to expire.
Make sure your payment details are up to date before your renewal date to avoid your automatic renewal being unsuccessful.
