Once you have opted out of automatic renewal, you cannot opt back in on the same policy.
Before you opt out
If your policy is set to renew automatically, we will normally use the payment details already provided to collect the renewal premium.
You can choose to opt out of automatic renewal and cancel the continuous payment authority at any time.
However, once you have opted out, you cannot switch automatic renewal back on for that policy.
