We’ll normally send your renewal notice around 30 days before your renewal date, and it will show your premium for the upcoming year.
What will my renewal notice tell me?
Your renewal notice will explain:
- your renewal premium;
- whether your policy is set to renew automatically; and
- whether you need to contact us to arrange your renewal.
What if my policy renews automatically?
If your policy is set to renew automatically, you normally do not need to do anything unless your details have changed.
Your renewal payment will use the payment details already held for your policy.
You must still be a UK resident at the time of renewal.
If we are unable to renew your policy automatically, we will contact you at least 21 days before your policy is due to expire.
What if my policy will not renew automatically?
If your renewal notice says that you need to contact us, follow the renewal instructions provided in your notice.
