Curtailment means returning home to the United Kingdom earlier than planned.
You may also see curtailment described as “cutting your trip short” in your policy.
Curtailment does not mean that every early return is covered. Cover only applies for the reasons set out in the relevant policy section, subject to the policy terms, conditions and exclusions.
