- Search your inbox for “InsureandGo”.
- Check your junk or spam folder.
- If you chose postal documents, allow around 5 working days for them to arrive.
We cannot accept liability for documents that arrive late or are lost in the post.
How do I open my Policy Schedule?
The password for your Policy Schedule is your postcode with no spaces.
For example:
SS1 2JY becomes ss12jy.
How do I request another Policy Schedule?
If you still cannot find your Policy Schedule, complete the Policy Schedule Request Form and we will send you another copy.
Your Policy Schedule forms part of your policy documents, so keep it with your policy wording.
