We send your policy documents to your registered email address within 15 minutes after you make your purchase.
If you cannot find the email:
- Check your junk or spam folder.
- Try searching your inbox for “InsureandGo”.
- Look at the attachments in the email to find your policy wording.

Choose your policy type and download the policy wording that matches.
What is my Policy Schedule?
Your Policy Schedule is a separate document from the policy wording. It includes details that are specific to your policy.
Both the policy wording and the Policy Schedule make up your insurance contract. Please keep both documents safe.
To open your Policy Schedule, enter your postcode as the password, with no spaces.
For example, if your postcode is SS1 2JY, enter it as SS12JY.
What if I chose postal documents?
If you asked to get your documents by post, they usually arrive in about five working days.
We cannot take responsibility for documents that arrive late or get lost in the post.
