Depending on your policy type, you may be able to change your travel dates if you meet certain conditions.
Details:
Single Trip Policy: You can move your travel dates if:
- The new departure date is within 365 days of your original policy purchase date.
- You still meet eligibility for cover.
- You’re unaware of any circumstances that could lead to a claim.
- Your medical declaration remains accurate and up to date.
Please note: Any additional premium may apply to continue your cover. If the change is made outside the 14-day cooling-off period, a £15 administration fee may also apply.
You can change your dates multiple times within 365 days of purchase.
Annual Policy: If your policy has not yet started, you can amend the start date within 60 days of your original purchase date. Once your policy has started, we’re unable to change the start date.
If your travel dates fall outside the original 365 days, we’ll be unable to amend the trip dates. Please contact us on 0330 400 1381, and our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you with your options.
