Budget, Silver, Gold and Black policies include Personal Liability cover, with different limits and excesses depending on your policy.
Personal Liability can help with legal expenses and damages if an accident during your trip leads to a claim against you. This can include accidentally injuring someone outside your family or household who is not employed by you, or damaging someone else's property or your temporary holiday accommodation, subject to ownership and control restrictions.
