If you need emergency medical assistance while abroad, contact Zurich Assist immediately using the emergency assistance number shown in your current policy documents.

When should I contact Zurich Assist?

Zurich Assist provides 24-hour emergency medical assistance while you are abroad by calling 0141 343 1350 or when abroad: +44 (0) 141 343 1350

You should contact Zurich Assist immediately if:

Does emergency medical cover apply in the UK?

Medical emergency cover generally applies to treatment outside your home country, except for certain policy-specific travel.

Some policy-specific exceptions apply to travel involving the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and certain UK cruise trips. Check your policy for the rules that apply to your trip.
